HEARTBYTE is a standalone desktop application for running HTML5 bytebeat programs entirely offline. Bytebeat defines audio directly as short mathematical expressions evaluated over time, producing deterministic 8-bit waveforms typically executed in a browser environment. The system was implemented as an Electron application that encapsulates this execution model locally, removing network dependency and redesigning the UI/UX for standalone desktop use.
